Ryan Ferreira served 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed expertise in recruiting, leadership development, talent assesment, and organizational growth. Throughout his military career, he helped identify, mentor, and develop high-performing individuals while leading teams in demanding environments.
Following his military service, Ryan transitioned those skills into executive recruiting and workforce consulting, helping organizations attract exceptional talent, strengthening recruiting operations, and build high-performing teams.
His approach combines disciplined execution, relationship-driven recruiting, and a commitment to long-term client sucess.
Beyond the Office
Ryan is a husband and proud father of four. He remains actively involved in community initiatives and organizations supporting veterans, leadership development, and service-oriented causes.

Randy Webb served more than 14 years in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed expertise in recruiting, leadership development, talent management, and sales performance. Throughout his military career, Randy dedicated himself to strengthening interpersonal communication, developing high-performing teams, and mentoring future leaders while operating in demanding environments.
Following his military service, Randy transitioned those skills into recruiting, talent development, and workforce consulting, helping organizations identify exceptional talent, strengthen recruiting operations, and develop successful teams. His disciplined approach combines relationship-driven recruiting, effective coaching, and a commitment to long-term client success.
Beyond the Office
Randy is a devoted father and active member of his community. He spends much of his time coaching youth wrestling and hosting center of influence events that support personal growth, leadership development, and community engagement. His passion for helping others extends beyond the workplace, where he remains committed to making a positive impact on individuals, families, and the communities he serves.
